FIVE minutes with……..

What’s the most the most bazaar thing you’ve ever done while travelling?

Drunk cobra venom in Taipei. They give you three shots – one with cobra blood, the second with snake kidney juice (which I found out later was urine!) and the third with venom plus two anti-venom pills in case you die! It wasn’t my ideal way to spend a Friday night but it was for an episode for Celebrity Crash Pad so I didn’t have much choice.

What three things would you never travel without?

My suitcase, a note book and clothes.

What is the best thing about travelling?

Being able to explore new places and cultures. I love going to non-English speaking countries and travelling without a safety net, so to speak. I think it’s in the misunderstandings and getting lost that the true magic of travelling happens.

What are your travel pet hates?

Screaming babies, delayed flights and anything to do with LAX!
